Latest News I have just added a lovely lace padded push up bra (and matching items) to my collection. It comes from an Italian brand called Lormar. This is the most padded bra in the collection, and although it is lace it is smooth enough to wear under a sheer dress without showing through. |
Delivery & Returns
All packages are sent out in discrete packaging.
I endeavour to send out your goods as soon as possible after we have received your cleared payment. We use first class post wherever possible,so orders from within the UK should be received within 4-5 days of placing your order.
Almost 90% of orders are sent out next day, and so you may receive your goods sooner. If you have any urgent requirements please give me a call, or send and e-mail, and I will see if I can help.
All higher value packages are sent out first class recorded delivery.
We try to maintain up to date stock levels on the website. In the event that you order an item which is out of stock, we will place the order direct with our suppliers and UK delivery will take 5 - 10 days.
Standard delivery Charges are as follows:
1. UK First Class: £3.99
2. Europe: £8.99
3. Rest of the World: £10.99
On most of my products I can arrange next day delivery in the UK. Please contact me if you would like this - I do charge an additional £5 on top of my normal P&P charges for this service.
Returns
Return of any faulty products will receive a full refund. I would appreciate if you could give me a ring, or send me an e-mail to let me know.
I also accept general returns. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
We do ask that you try to ensure that all returned products are in re-sellable condition, and have their tags and original packaging intact. Once again, please give me a call to discuss any problems on 07970 075 964, or send me an e-mail.
For your own peace of mind, please send any returned items using recorded delivery. That way you can be sure I have received it.
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear (briefs, thongs etc). We do not provide free post and packaging for returns.
