My Opinion:  "Pretty much the ONLY option you have if you are looking for something backless and strapless.  Just be realistic on the size of bust that this item can be used with.  There is nothing to give shape and support except the adhesive cups & strips.  So anything larger than a B/C-cup is a definite No-No.  Please note that there are clear adhesive strips that do go onto your back (see the images) - this item cannot be worn without using these."
